Our salon is taking a new and innovative approach that allows us to be transparent with our pricing. By doing this, you will never be charged any more or any less than the actual products used at your appointment, say goodbye to “additional bowls”! Everyone’s hair end goals are unique and we love that we can customize them for just you. We are comparing this new way of pricing to "Parts + Labor," a similar model used in other industries. We are implementing a software called "Salon Scale" that uses customized mixing scales that not only tracks your color formula but weighs your formula to the exact gram needed. It will cut back on product waste on our end and will make sure you are not being overcharged for any unnecessary product. Our current prices reflect the cost of "labor" whereas this new fee for material will be "parts." You will see the salon scale fee clearly listed on your receipt.
What is a salon scale fee?
We recommend booking your first appointment online through our website. When you schedule, you’ll be prompted to fill out your pre-appointment questionnaire, helping your stylist prepare for your visit with all the details they need. Depending on your service and goals, your stylist may invite you to schedule an in-person consultation before your appointment. Booking online ensures a smooth, personalized experience and helps us create the best possible plan for your beauty journey.
What is the best way to schedule an appointment?
What if my regular stylist is totally booked and I need to reschedule or she can’t get me in sooner?
If your regular stylist isn’t available, you’re always welcome to book with another stylist within our salon company. We work as a true team and because all of our stylists have full access to your previous notes, color formulas, and service history, you’ll continue to receive seamless, consistent care. Our priority is making sure you feel supported, confident, and taken care of – no matter which stylist you see. And rest assured, there are never any hard feelings, just great hair.
