Lash Extensions are a cosmetic enhancement where your lash expert will apply synthetic fibers to your natural lashes to create a fuller, more dramatic look. Lash Extensions allow both you and your technician to customize your desired look with lash enhancements.

Essentially, your lash fills are for when your lash extensions are losing a bit of their volume and luster. After your technician has applied your full set of lash extensions, we recommend a fill for your lash extensions within 2-3 weeks. Your lash expert will cleanse your lash line, make adjustments and fill in your lashes where it’s needed, almost as if you have a full, new set. As long as at least half of your lashes are remaining, you are eligible for a fill.

It is normal to lose 5 lashes per day due to natural shed. We recommend scheduling your fill within 2 weeks. For the integrity of your natural lashes, do not attempt to remove, pick or pull your lashes.

Your Burning Questions
Can eyelash extensions be applied to anyone?
Anyone will eyelashes can schedule an appointment for lash extensions. However, if you have any of the following conditions we do recommend scheduling a free consultation with our lash experts: extremely sensitive eyes or skin, eye infection of any kind, or an allergy to cyanoacrylate found in most adhesives.
How do you remove lash extensions?
Please do not attempt to remove your lash extensions by yourself. Our lash experts can remove your lashes painless within 30 minutes with a specific process and solution while protecting your natural lashes.
What does the application process look like?
The application process is very relaxing, just like receiving a spa service. You will lie back on a slightly elevated, padded spa chair and have your eyes closed the entire time. We do provide extra pillows and a light blanket if needed. The application is very gentle, imagine someone lightly and gently brushing through your lashes. This treatment generally takes inbetween 90-120 minutes for a full set, and 45-90 minutes for a fill. This procedure is so gentle and relaxing, many guests fall asleep.
How long do lash extensions last?
An average eyelid has approximately 100 natural hairs which shed at an average rate of 20-30% every 2 weeks. Therefore, when the natural hair sheds, so does the extension that was attached to it. Since new hairs are always growing in, fills can be performed to attach extensions to the new growth keeping the lashes looking full continuously or for as long as you wish to maintain them.
How often will I need to get a fill?
On average, we recommend a fill every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes looking their best. As long as at least half of your lashes remain, you are eligible for a fill. With proper homecare, your lashes can be maintained indefinitely with regular fills.
What do lashes look like and how do they feel?
Our lash extensions look and feel completely real as each application is customized to your eye shape, natural lash line, and desired look. We offer different curls, thicknesses, and lengths that are indistinguishable in weight to human lashes thereby providing a weightless feel to your lash line.
