HOW OFTEN DO I HAVE
TO COME IN FOR MAINTENANCE

Maintenance appointments are required every 8-10 weeks. IBE® hair is reusable, but a new set is recommended every 6-12 months depending on at home care with recommended styling products and tools.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT AN
EXTENSION APPOINTMENT?

We begin the extension process with a thorough consultation prior to installation to ensure you have all the information prior to committing. To install extensions, it takes about 90 minutes per row to install. The provider will select a variety of wefts to custom match their biological hair and achieve hair color goals. We will then determine placement of the row(s) based on current density and goals and install a beaded foundation. After the beadwork is finished, we will hand sew in your wefts. A guest would not have to come back for a “mini move up” until it’s time to reinstall at 8-10 weeks. 

what is the turn around
time for an IBE installation?

There isn't any! We carry hair in stock in all shades & lengths. We are able to custom color each weft to YOU. 

Once you come in for a consultation, we will mix and match different weft colors and pick out your dream length and thickness together. 

When it's time to purchase new hair, you'll be able to swap it out for new hair on the day of!

CAN I WEAR MY HAIR UP?

Absolutely! That’s the best thing about Invisible Bead Extensions and one of the biggest reasons why I chose IBE. There are no styling limitations and you can wear your hair however you like. They are great for all lifestyles, including an active one because you can wear it up.

HOW LONG TO THEY LAST?

Your hair will last on average 8-10 months but is ultimately based on home care. The hair only lasts if you take care of it. We set a guest up for success with home care instructions, a lesson while installing and it is imperative they plan to invest in our suggested retail (Goldie Locks). We do not assume responsibility to damage to the hand tied wefts due to improper treatment of wefts at home. Hair extensions aren’t for everyone, you must protect and upkeep your investment.

What kind of hair do you use? 

I use and trust IBE’s very own, “Kitsune” and “The Reserve” hand tied extensions, because it is of the highest quality, 100% Slavic or Asian human hair. “Kitsune” and “The Reserve” are ethically sourced, double drawn, and single donor. Our choice hand tied hair will mimic Caucasian hair the best because of its natural texture and densities. It comes in a variety of shades custom colored to your desired end goal and will blend seamlessly.

This is a loaded answer, but in a nutshell **we only use and perform the best services and products**.

Was there a cheaper alternative? Yes. Was the education expensive? Yes. But you cannot put a price tag on the best and we will not sacrifice our guest’s experience for anything less.
